Cooling-off Period/Returns

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps the product doesn’t meet your expectations, or there might be another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your address to the online store are your responsibility. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories, and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to the seller. To exercise this right, you can contact us at We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after your return is received in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to return the product, we may charge you for the decrease in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for returns.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to modify the order for you.

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible, within a maximum of 2 weeks. However, it is not always possible to meet this deadline; sometimes, products are not in stock, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time.

During the checkout process, shipping costs will be automatically calculated after entering your shipping address.

Delivery is carried out by PostNL’s postal worker or package courier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Trauma Company has access to the track & trace information for your shipment. If you wish to have access to this information, Trauma Company can provide you with the track & trace details. To request this information, please send an email to, including the order confirmation you received.

We care about our products and naturally strive to deliver them in top condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods (and is not related to the use of the product). You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a replacement.
